I’ve taken my two passions, dance and transformation, to create Soulesque. A sweaty, sultry, steaming-up-the-mirrors 60 minute workout that blends fitness training with Burlesque, Salsa and Jazz. It’s Girl Power for Women!
Soulesque™ is a blend of Salsa, Jazz, Burlesque, Fitness and LifeCoaching done in a fun 60-90 minute class that builds strength of mind, body and soul. You will sweat, learn sexy moves, connect with like minds, and discover a deep connection with yourself. Soulesque(™) is more than a dance class. It is a way of saying YES to yourself :

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each 1 hour workout is designed for all women and consists of a combination of exercises, with a delicious combination or Burlesque, Salsa and Jazz that will elevate your heart rate and burn calories! After a 25 minute aerobic BOOTCAMP, we spend 30 minutes learning a fun and sexy Burlesque and Salsa inspired dance routine that is completely suitable for non-dancers and complete beginners – but challenging enough for an experience dancer to enjoy. We finish with an Assets combo and cool down.
Everything is done in the spirit of loving your body as it is right now. We work to get into our best shape ever – with loving and playful appreciations for our body as it is right now. Our goal is to play with the ides of working our best attributes while on the road to even greater physical fitness. Our exercises are drawn from various cultures including burlesque, jazz, salsa, ballet and yoga!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
* Clothes that you can move in and that make you feel good.
* Sneakers (for workout)
* A bottle of water, mat and towel
* Heels optional (for dance)
